• Checklist data: Answers to the 18-item royalty checklist.
• Payment metadata: Processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps.
• Communications: Emails you send us and support requests.

How We Use Your Information

• Generate your personalized Royalty Impact Audit Report.
• Deliver membership features (dashboard, report access, community access).
• Send transactional emails about your account, purchases, and reports.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve our content, tools, and services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Google AI / Lovable AI Gateway — report generation from your checklist answers.
• Skool — community access (only your email is shared when you request access).
• Email delivery providers — transactional email delivery.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

• Account and checklist data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to meet legal and accounting requirements.
• Audit reports: retained for the life of your account so you can re-download them.
• Payment records: retained as required by tax and financial regulations.
• Chat history: 30 days.

Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Export your data.
• Opt out of non-essential email.

Children

Music Royalty Circle is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
